Picky eaters are soooo frustrating. Boy do we know!  Best tip we always fall back on... don't make it a power struggle.  Giving the situation too much attention always back fires.  Relax, it's a marathon not a sprint.


Cheese Broils
Perfect for lunch or a wholesome snack, cheese broils can be a healthy option.  We use whole wheat English muffins and low fat cheese that's ready in 3 minutes flat!



Our simple 'Baked' Beans can be easily whipped up on the stove top within 15 minutes.  This recipe is much fresher and healthier than the canned variety.
